Half Moon Young People's Theatre provides a variety of courses and performance groups for young people aged 14-17 in Tower Hamlets. In April 2013 the Trustees of the Foundation awared a grant over 2 years to Half Moon Young People's Theatre to fund their "Careers in Theatre" programme which is offered to local state secondary school pupils. The Foundation funded the 2012 "Careers in Theatre" programme at Half Moon which had clearly demonstrated their ability to engage and train young people to a high standard.
