Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation is delighted to renew its partnership with B Music, the charity responsible for running Birmingham's Town Hall and Symphony Hall music outreach, education and talent development programmes.  From 2025 to 2028, Foundation funds will support B:Aspirational, a four strand annual talent development programme for young people from a range of musical and educational backgrounds.  The programme's aim is to widen access and opportunity, enabling those  from under represented backgrounds to become tomorrow's musicians and trained support roles in the wider music industry.  Targeting those from 15 to 28 years, the training builds aspiration through work experience with teachers and backstage technical teams, youth board participation, shadowing opportunities, dedicated talent development workshops and B Music's regular Saturday Schools.

We love this structured, skills based programme raising awareness of job opportunities and career pathways in the theatre and music industries.  B Music build relationships with specialist colleges and deliver attractive paid work experience in the West Midlands.
