London Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) have received funding towards their LPO Junior Artists project to tackle diversity in the orchestral workforce. LPO Junior Artists core programme is for 8 talented young musicians at Grade 7+, aged 15-19 and a second strand for younger students LPO Junior Artists: Overture aimed at children, Grade 4 +, aged 7-14, all from communities and backgrounds currently under-represented in the orchestral profession(Image - Credit Benjamin Ealovega)
