This course aims to send actors into the profession confident that they can hold their own in any of the main areas of the business, from classical plays and modern classics to animation films and musicals.  To this end, the school develops the students’ voices and their speech, their bodies and their movement, their creativity and their knowledge of the approaches and techniques of acting.

This is a full time programme delivered over 3 years.  Year 1 covers all areas including musical theatre, acting technique, singing, audition practice and camera technique.  Year 2 is developed around 3 touring plays and Year 3 consists mainly of production work.

The Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation Scholarship will be awarded by the School as part of the audition/selection process on the combined basis of merit and financial need.  The Scholarship will cover course fees only and will be reviewed on an annual basis.  There will be one Scholarship available for a student starting in the year 2016/17.
